The ultra sound technician was delightful! I didn't catch her name, but she was a gem. Even better yet, she spoke fluent Spanish so could talk to my husband who'd come with me. The doctor was awesome, too! And when my results came back not quite enough for my insurance to cover the necessary procedures, he had me hydrate, walk and redo the ultrasound. This was my fourth procedure this winter. Have both thighs and both calves done and swelling is already decreasing in my ankles. The procedures are quick and while there is some discomfort, not unbearable. Recovery time is very short and follow up ultrasound very quick. The doctor and staff always treated me with great courtesy and did their best to accommodate my needs. Don’t guaranteed nor promise to call me back at the end of the day, when actually you do not. I had an appointment last week Monday and just finally today, Wednesday, July 2. I finally got an answer. I am the one who had to call over and over and call every other day. So disappointing. Do better!
Dr. Roberta is an absolute jem. I felt heard and she really cares. I did not feel rushed at all. She took over an hour with me and was extremely through.They really go the extra mile and Mike who answers the phone is a miracle worker. I called at 4:00 on a Friday and he went out of way to get me in first thing on Monday morning. Thank you so much. You would be doing yourself a favor by becoming a patient here. The office is very clean and everything is brand new.
I was told I missed my appointment on January 2, 2025. I was there and got my ultra sound. I am waiting after ultra sound for the doctor to discuss the result and was told the doctor was not there. So I went home. Then I got a call March 24, 2025 from the clinic to see Dr Pessin, for ultra sound again, March 31, 2025, but I didn't seen him again only the NP, no ultra sound instead they schedule me on April 14, 2025.
