Doctor Moe is very gentle and patient. He explains everything before, durning and after your procedure. Doctor Moe listens to your questions and takes time with you. I am a nervous patient and he and his staff make me feel safe. Mary Ann is the first person you see when you enter and she is calming and so kind. She will go out of her way to make your experience better. I would recommend Doctor Moe and all of his staff to anyone. Thank you all!
I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Moe and the whole experience was painless and fast, never even used the pain prescription. I didn't swell up like my friends told me I would and I healed quickly. Dr. Moe even called to check up after the procedure. Very pleased.
Waited over an hour and was rudely told that I wasn’t the only consultation at that time. Went to them because they are in my very good dental plan, and was told that the evaluation was medical, not dental. I have a very comprehensive medical plan that they said they do not accept. I was charged $150. One front desk staff said I was there for an extraction, which I was not, and the other said I was there for an evaluation, which I was. Chaos between them. Stay away! They do not care about their patients.
Don't like to complain, however my 100+ year old aunt lost 2 crowns recently. Since we have gone to Dr. Daniak (his wife), I called Dr. Moe's office. She had NO PAIN. $605 later - he took a full mouth x-ray and a CT scan. Then scheduled extractions. I took her to our primary physician because I was concerned about extractions at her age. He referred me to his DDS - took 2 spot x-rays of those areas - turns out - one tooth root has had a root canal, so will NEVER get an infection. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this operation. Con man stealing money from patients for services not performed. It has been an insurance nightmare
First off, let me start by saying that I never usually take the time to write reviews.. but my experience with Dr. Moe was absolutely AWFUL. Please notice all of the bad reviews below and take them all into consideration before you see Dr.Moe.. you'll do yourself a huge favor by staying as far away from him as possible.
Dr. Moe is an excellent surgeon. He did a great job on both of children’s wisdom teeth. They healed well with no complications. However, the fro t office staff is less than stellar. The girls were rude, interrupted patients, rolled their eyes, and one of the employee reprimanded another employee unprofessionally in front of he patients. There is a HUGE wait time (45-60 min) with no explanation from staff.
Arrived on time for an 11 AM appointment. After 40 minutes I asked the receptionist when we would be seen, she brushed me off. When I complained Again they brought me in a room and let me wait there. I left after an hour and was laughed at by the receptionist when I complained. Do not to go to this place! Or, if you do, plan to sit and wait.
