Mo Soliman was my realtor. Our lender recommended him to us. We had some issues that came along during our transaction. There are two instances that really didn’t sit well with us. First one was when the seller had offered us some money to fix the property. We didn’t get the paperwork until it was the last day that the offer will expire. It may had been a clerical error, but the way he handled it was a red flag.
