I'm a disabled man from New York looking for a physician! I went to various clinics and got denied despite having Medicaid and Medicare. Unfortunately, I have no physician and tried to call this clinic. The woman was very disrespectful and pretended she couldn't hear me. She needs to get fired and every main hospital shall be sued! I am on MONTH SIX of reaching out to this office and receiving no response (as their voicemail had filled up in this time and no one has fixed it for months or responded to a single missed call or voicemail) about the results of a blood draw that in and of itself was traumatic as they did it while I was nonverbally panicking, and had a second person in the room to physically hold my arm down (they had failed twice to draw my blood and still drew it after my explicit no). My kids and I have being coming to this clinic for years and we have always had pleasant experiences. Staff is always friendly and the doctors have been great. Within the past few years we have been seeing Dr. Julie Mann. She is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is an excellent communicator and a thoughtful listener. I am a Individual provider through Washington state and dshs. My client has been a patient of this clinic since 2016. His current nurse practitioner is completely incompetent. She has decided that its completely acceptable to cut a chronic pain patient off of his meds and drop his care. She has refused to send his prescription to his local pharmacy for months because she doesn't "like" the town pharmacy. Rude receptionist(s) that blame therapy patients for their problems, they have only one therapist, who is no better than their receptionists. I implore you, if you can afford better mental help please seek better. There is no help to be found, here. These people would leave you out in the street if they could. It happened once before to me.
