My daughter had an appointment with the provider where we were told that a CT scan ordered after her initial appointment indicated there was not an ENT problem. I paid a $90 copay to learn that in a one minute conversation. After that I asked one question about my ear, saying that if it is an ear problem I would be happy to make an appointment with her. Waited in exam room for 30+ minutes. When she finally arrived, she rushed through my test results as if I were inconveniencing her. I was upset about my diagnosis, but she was dismissive and tactless, making light of my hearing loss as if it were no big deal and I should be thrilled to get to wear a hearing aid. Visit probably lasted less than 5 minutes.

I’m not pleased with the experience I had today. I waited 25 minutes, then went and asked how much longer. I was told there were 1-2 patients still in front of me and that she is running behind. Another lady came up and said the same thing, that her appointment was at 4 pm, which was the same time as my son’s. It is ridiculous that Molli thinks she can be in two different rooms at the same time. No one is that good. She should not be scheduling two columns of patients at the exact same time.
