The entire process was smooth. I work from home so I did have that extra allotted time to talk on the phone when needed for vital information. Molly never had an issue of repeating information or explaining in detail what things meant. As a first time homeowner seeing how the market works, the costs, the waiting timeframes to me personally it gets scary but Molly always reassured that things were right on track and always Informed me of the “what if” parts of the process and all documentation that was needed.
