Molly was very communicative and always available 24/7. She was very personable and friendly. She always made sure things were moving along swiftly. I do still feel like we got a poor deal on our interest rate though, and that is hard to ignore since we'll be dealing with that for many years to come. I don't blame Molly specifically for that but rather her lending group.
