Dr. Magnano has been my rheumatologist for over 10 years. I've found her to be extremely knowledgeable and capable. She takes the time to listen and then offer suggestions. Dr. Magnano never attempt to force a course of action on me. We discuss the options and then I make the decision. Her breadth of medical knowledge extends far beyond rheumatology. -office staff never answers phone and always has a full voicemail inbox -office transferred online systems so there is no way to message via online portal -late to the appointment by 30-45 minutes and rushed through the visit -Zoom visits are delayed last minute due to personal errands that should be planned ahead -during zoom visits ate a meal. unprofessional
