The experience with LeaderOne was smooth and a success. I went in for an initial meeting. Completed some paperwork. Rates were explained. Next steps explained. Documents were provided online. Their system kept me appraised of what was complete and what remained. I had to followup with additional documents for a more current picture of my status. Closing held without a hitch.Â
I felt you all did a very good job. I did feel there was a little bit of misinformation between several people though. Seemed like at times you were not all on the same page on stuff. I understand how companies work though and sometimes that happens. We worked through it though and everybody was very helpful on making several things a lot easier which I appreciated. So besides the minor things I would still give a five star rating.Â
Molly Dean and her team walked me through the home buying process and were patient with me as I learned all the nuances and jargon that go with it. Furthermore, they required an online certification to educate you about home buying (wish I would have done that months ago) so that you better understand everything that is considered along the way.
