Molly’s team secured us a great rate, good PMI buyout program, and less expensive closing costs than 2 other lenders that we’d initially worked with. Money is the bottom line so in the end it’s good we utilized their services. However the consistency & kindness in communications was not something I could rate highly. Maybe the holidays were part of this - nonetheless our customer service experience with a national lender was more consistent, patient, & thorough in answering questions.
