I was with another lender that tried to raise my interest rate from 3 to 3.5 once I had a contract on a house. Then to top it all off, she wanted me to tell my realtor to have him write up an addendum to change the closing to “sometime after the...” date 2 weeks out, without giving an exact date. Molly not only guaranteed me a 5 day apprato close on time, but she also gave me 2.875 interest. She was super friendly and her team communicated with me perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

Molly and her team made the process of getting a home loan easy and very streamlined. I was able to get a great rate with our VA Home Loan. Other morgtage lenders wanted me to pay thousands of dollars extra towards (points) to get an interest rate that was .75% higher than what Molly and her team was able to get.
