I bought car with value of $6000 with $15000 over price with following problems 1- bad wheels 2- broken engine 3-broken power steering Don’t go to this store if you need to buy or sell car I recommend BMW to shut down this store

RecommendedIt is never easy getting hit from behind and going through the process but, BMW momentum collision and Jose Carbajal definitely alleviated a lot of my pressure and made sure things ran smoothly in the reparation process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who owns or leases a BMW that was hit or needs repairs, and Mr. Carbajal is both processional and prompt.

RecommendedWe bought an used car from BMW. Our sales person (David Bocanegra) was very friendly and helpful. We went specifically for one car and he understood our need. Dealer was hectic but the staff kept checking up on us. Finance was a little behind but they explained the situation (not like we weren’t told why) and we completely understood. After that the finance process was pretty quick. Picked up our car on Wednesday (due to small issues on the car) but I’m glad they made sure my car was safe to drive out the dealership. very poor communication between rep & customer - I had to call multiple times to follow up on repairs - never once did they initiate call for update. the email they send as update is most often wrong & vague at best. there seems to be an unusually high amount of turn over - the service advisor we started with changed, not sure if he resigned or was fired, but no one reached out to us. it was only after me leaving 3 messages then going through the insurance claims adjuster that I learned the service advisor had changed. went ... read more
they could not fix the brake squeal , they said that is normal. my car has less than 15k miles.
