I had hail damage on my roof after a big storm we had. I got a quick response from Momma Bear on the phone and they helped to walk me through the whole insurance process. Josh showed up to meet with the insurance inspector and had to wait around for ages since they would only give me a 3-hour window for the inspection. Would recommend. :)
I contacted Austin at the back end of the holidays to see if he could come out to fix the hole in my roof that my insurance wouldn't cover AND I asked for a specific time and date so I could be there. He was able to accommodate the request and he and his guys came out in the morning and by the afternoon there was no more hole in my roof! I am highly impressed with Momma Bear and recommend them to anyone who needs a good, honest roofer! Austin & Tim finished my roof in 1 day and lucky for me it was just in time! The next day it poured rain but there were no wet spots on the ceiling anymore! Besides doing an excellent job...I was especially impressed how Austin raved about his workers and the work they did in this HOT Texas weather! I have honestly never heard an owner speak so highly of his crew! That says a lot about the company and its owners!
