My boyfriend and I had the easiest process with Monas team. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and they made sure to answer them all while making sure our townhouse closed on time. Mona, Kari, and Dominick were AMAZING. Mona was very honest and up front. Once we were handed off to Kari...again she was amazing, so helpful, personable, friendly and would get back to me so fast. Dominick was super helpful in the last few pieces of getting the loan closed. I will if there were ANY issues going on behind the scenes I would never have known.
