I started the home buying process with another lender. After my offer was accepted and I was a couple weeks into the closing process some problems arose and my previous lender told me NO ONE would be able to get underwriting approval on this house. I was told to call Mona and she would get it done. At the first phone call Mona assured me it could be done and she would get it done in time to keep the same closing date. Well she did exactly what she said. I closed on my first home yesterday.
