I closed on my home a month ago and am still thinking about how hard Mona and her team worked to make sure I closed, and on time. Lenders are not all the same and I'm so glad I had Mona on my team. Mona and her team were fabulous to work with. They were organized and kept the process moving. As we all know, there is a lot of documentation required for a mortgage and the team was so helpful in making sure what I provided was accurate to avoid bumps in the road later. When I had questions about the breakdown of costs and fees, Mona herself went through it very thoroughly with me, she wanted to be sure I felt very comfortable with all of the numbers. Bay Equity was great! I am a young mom with not the best credit score and couldn't afford renting anymore. I went to 5 different lenders..and they always tell you "you are approved" but at the end tell you it wouldnt work or else I had to come up with $7000 just days before closing. I then started looking for another lender and thru word of mouth I heard about Mona. She was amazing and so fast and always there when I had any questions.
