This was our second home purchase, our first in Minnesota. After our first home, we can safely say that this was much smother than our first mortgage. The length of paperwork required was agonizing to say the very least. It was unbelievable as to how smooth working with Mona at Bay Equity is. We bought ourselves a great home, however it will not be our last. We will be returning customers with Bay Equity for our next purchase, and are very thankful to come across a great mortgage lending company!

Mona is wonderful, she was so open and friendly and honest, you don't get that with a lot of people these days. She was accessible at all hours for any questions I had and always had answers.
