I used Mona Sarno as the lender from Cross Country Mortgage. I absolutely loved working with her. Mona was very knowledgeable and helped us with the various steps that came with home buying. Her communication was great. Anytime we had a task to complete or a payment to make, Mona made sure she called us to explain what was needed to do or what the payment was for. She helped make our home buying processes very seamless. I would recommend anyone who is in need of lender to work with Mona.
