Scheduled an 11:30 am appointment. I got there ten minutes early. They expected you to wait outside in the heat even though we wore masks. After waiting awhile, we ask about the delay. They tell us now the appointment is at 12:10. We'll NEVER be back again

They did two ceramic crowns last September. One just cracked in half and fell out. Total waste of money.

Had a wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Patel refused to give me any pain medication for afterwards. She gave no explanation. I'm in more pain now than I was before the tooth was extracted.

The front office people need more customer service experience, not one person in the front office smiled or even greeted people at the door, a simple Hello would do. also the tech's in the back, office fumble with their hair, saw people with gloves on walking the halls going from one room to the next, SAME GLOVES, NOT SANITARY, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR GLOVES ALSO WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON YOUR GLOVES, AND THE NEXT THING, EVERYONE IS NOT A DOPE HEAD YOU JUST PULLED A TOOTH OUT OF MY MOUTH THAT HURT, SOME PEOPLE CAN DEA... read more

Office staff and Dr. is friendly. However, they insisted on services that that my son didn't need and has never needed. We are going back to our former dentist, but we will have to pay for xrays again. The corporation may require them to upsale.
