Was quoted a much lower price for an uninsured exam and root canal. I go in and have to pay double for the exam because they quoted me wrong and the root canal quote was low balled by about 800$. We call again and are told by the receptionist that she can’t access my files, then she does. The dentist then tried to tell me just to come to his private office because it would be cheaper? Like most places, this place offered a coupon for new patients. Since I did not have insurance, I decided to take them up on their offer. I was blindsided, because the new patient offer was only for 18 x-rays! It did not include a cleaning! So I pretty much wasted $59 on x-rays, that I did not need! I feel like the new patient offer was very misleading. What in the heck am I going to do with 18 x-rays? RecommendedI’ve been coming here to Monarch Dental for a while now. Every experience I’ve had here has been very very positive. I love Dr. Z. He’s such a good dentist and a good man I almost forget how uncomfortable it is to be in a dentist office with Dr. X he’s just great and Celeste is wonderful too!
