Dr. Meeks and his staff continue to provide excellent, compassionate, professional dentistry and oral surgery! I was there again yesterday, as they continue to restore my dental health following an injury at work. I had my teeth cleaned and cavity filled. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist were friendly, polite, thorough and professional. Highly recommend!
The whole experience was a fiasco. My insurance information never made it from the call center to the office. The call center employee also gave me incorrect information about what locations were able to provide the service I needed. This was at the South Temple location. Seems to be a pattern of bad service.

I’ve had them cancel my appointments twice. This most recent time, I didn’t find out until I arrived at the office. Then, they told me they didn’t have an opening for a rescheduled appointment for another 5 months. I called 2 weeks later and they scheduled an appointment for me 1 week out…..
It's hard enough to go to the dentist but having a bad experience makes it that much harder to ever go back. Monarch dental on South Temple, the dentist and his assistant were terrible. First his assistant walking all over the office coughing, taking x-rays coughing right at you. It was my husband that was getting looked at, his tooth broke and he needed a root canal, he's had very bad teeth his whole life, very soft enamel, his parents with no dental insurance so he wasn't even able to go to the dentist until we met ... read more
