RecommendedThe hygienist named Christie was such a blessing to Jacob. He is a quadriplegic and cannot control the continued biting of his teeth and his muscles. Her kindness, patience and expertise to get his teeth cleaned was amazing. He actually enjoyed it. I have recently moved to the far NW side of town, but I still drive the distance just to be seen at this Stone Oak location. The staff is wonderful! The doctors are all so kind and compassionate. My hygienist, Christy is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen and does a magnificent job cleaning my teeth. They offer their patients encouragement and try to figure out how to conquer barriers instead of scolding for poor habits or dental issues. My teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been! My pain in my gum was gone cause of the procedure and solution made by the dentist.. I am happy with my first visit to this clinic..

I don't like going to the dentist, but had a very good experience with this staff. This was my first time visiting Monarch and I totally recommend them. They were great.
The total team at Monarch Dental at Stone Ridge is outstanding. Dr. Smith is a very professional and talented dentist. He totally made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and was doing to make sure there were no surprises, pain or other issues. The reception, dental hygienist, business management, are very helpful, polite, professional, and make you feel welcome.
I’m writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the care I received from Dr. Tai and the team at Monarch Dental at Stone Ridge. I had high hopes for this office, but my experience was one of the most stressful and disheartening I’ve ever had in a healthcare setting. It started when I went in for treatment for a hole in my tooth. While I appreciated how quickly they scheduled my initial appointment, everything after that was a major letdown.
