I give Monge & Associates, and Specifically Trisha Starks, a five star rating simply because they saved me. When I first had my accident, I was placed under Ken Nugent's office. No one called to update on the status of my case at all for months. I later received a letter from them that they were releasing my case with a very vague explanation that I found out essentially was due to the fact that they didn't think it was enough money involved for them. I must say that my team was awesome not only were they very thorough in communicating to me the status of my case but they did their best to keep me in a positive headspace through my traumatic experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Mina is absolutely fantastic and Charles is great too.

I had a complicated case, but the representation of this firm was superb. The customer service was great. When I had concerns, they were listened to and addressed in a very timely manner. The depth of knowledge within the firm I don’t believe anyone could match.
