Julia Barboni was great, she was great about calling me back, she would call me and give updates when new information was available. Julia was kind, compassionate and patient. You know how you can tell when people care just from the sounds of their voice? That's my layer sophia . In the beginning I got calls regularly and her first question was me and my family and my health .
