The booking experience is very easy to do online. Being able to scan insurance cards online using my phone's camera was nice. I also like that I received texts with links that I can click on to check in prior to my appointment.

Absolutely wonderful! LAMONICA was very knowledgeable, listened intently to what I had to say and gave great/helpful information. This is my first time going to therapy, but LAMONICA has given me a lot of hope.

Your staff is very rude and unorganized. I received an email the day before my appointment that it was switched to virtual. Upon the day of my appointment, I never received the zoom link to my appointment. When I called the next day, the lady who answered the phone was very distasteful. She told me it was my fault that I missed my appointment and I should have read my emails better. She then asked me if I could reschedule for 8/19, to which I told her absolutely not.
