Dr. Maalouf is one of those rare physicians who is not only deeply skilled and competent, but also very empathetic, insightful, and able to contextualize care to the individual before her. I always feel like we are team - my questions and insights are listened to and folded into whatever treatments she suggests. She is honest, practical, kind, and an excellent physician. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Dr. Maalouf is an all-around rock star. She is knowledgeable in cutting edge therapies & treatments. She is a problem solver. Dr. Maalouf is so caring and kind. Both my son and I see her and she will always ask me how my son is doing when I go for an appointment. I have never felt rushed. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure to follow up with me. I was transferred to Dr. Maalouf because my primary Loyola doctor stopped seeing patients and I was so upset when I found out I got switched. But now I feel like she is the best doctor I have ever had and refer her all the time!
My husband and I chose Dr. Maalouf based on our insurance coverage and previous recommendations. We have been extremely please with the attention she has given us for our medical needs. She listened to our concerns and was proactive with the medical attention we needed. She quickly responded to any correspondence either by e-mail or phone call. We highly recommend Dr. Maalouf. We are relocating out of state and will miss being under her care.
It was by chance that I ended up seeing Dr. Maalouf after I needed to make an immediate appt following a car accident. I remember the first day she came into the office and I could tell she wasn't going to see me for 5 minutes and leave; she was going to listen. That's exactly what she did and every appointment after that. I was surprised to find a doctor who could personally tell me about vertigo treatments and this was a big factor in me continuing to see Dr. Maalouf. Dr. Maalouf is an incredible doctor. She has the best bedside manner I have ever seen for any physician. She takes her time, I never feel rushed, and the follow through whether in person, phone or online is fantastic. I work in a field in which I have several clients see Dr. Maalouf, and they are all so happy with her services. She’s an angel, you won’t be disappointed.
Dr Maalouf is totally awesome. She covers all of my health care needs always in every visit and puts me at ease when I leave. I'm living with Bipolar Disorder and she helps me through my special Health Care that goes along with my other Doctors too and really understands what I can and can't handle. My Anxiety tends to get super high and she understands that and treats me with such great care. She is a superb Doctor and a delight to have as my Health Care Physician. I totally recommend her to anyone!
