Monique did an excellent job of dealing with me. I was a difficult seller as I was emotionally attached to my house. She was so tolerant and kept me informed. I would recommend her as an agent.

DO NOT BUY from them 33803 N 12th st Phoenix AZ 85085 Monique and her client are hiding required disclosures on this house. TERMITES, NEW ROOF NEEDED, SEPTIC REPAIR NEEDED, ROTTING WOOD SUPPORTS. They have been shifty and do not disclose anything, it was pulling teethe to get them to tell the truth, AND they still did not disclose issues. Seller is refusing to fix anything and NO ONE can get a LOAN on this property. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Monique scheduled a showing on 3/18 with our property for Monday, 3/21, between 4-4:15pm. The seller accommodated her request, which was confirmed via phone and email on 3/18, and a subsequent email request, as we have a busy schedule between work and children.
