I used Monkey Wrench Plumbing & Drain for a basement bath remodel. It involved a demo, flipping the tub from a right hand to a left hand, redoing the toilet flange, re-piping the tub/shower and the vanity sink. He was very professional and skilled. The price was very good too. I would use again and recommend for sure.
Watch out for the bait and switch just to get the project. I asked them to give me a quote for our basement bathroom. they gave me a price and I hired them for the project. But when I asked them to come back to finish the job they said they only priced me for the first phase even though the details on the quote stated it was for the whole job.

Given that we didn't speak and you have left us a negative review, I will just respond with our side of what happened here. This was not, in any way, a bait and switch. The estimate(s) you were provided state in 4 different places that the quote was for the rough in phase of the work. As an owner I personally contacted you to apologize see if we could make this right. I provided a quote, offered to do the work at a discounted rate for the inconvenience and even offered to have some different employees perform the work if you chose to go with us.
