Great Place to Live I appreciate the care the maintenance crew takes to keep the outside areas clean. They are friendly and offer to assist if needed. You feel comfortable that they listen and care about the residents. They are working hard to finish renovations however they take the time to say hello and assist if needed. Thanks Guys!!
Great place to live. Anna is a great manager. She listens and follows through with each request. The maintenance crew are amazing . They just completed renovation of my kitchen and bathroom and I love it. It was completed in just two days along with a through clean up. The added amenities at the pool has been great and many residents are enjoying the area more now.
this is a great place to live The staff is great. Anna assisted with setting up my new account as I signed a lease for another year. The help was much appreciated. My kitchen and bath was renovated and other upgrades to my apartment were completed and cleaned up with in two days. The maintenance team are efficient and so helpful. Thank you.
Best Management company ever. This is the best community management company I’ve ever worked with!
Economical option in a unremarkable area It's a fairly good, more economical (as of this writing in mid 2023) complex that has good customer service, quick maintenance, and simple, nicely done rooms. However, it is not something I would pay any more than ~1100 /mo for. The location is what it is - Polaris is very car-dependent, but there are a few basic amenities like a Kroger, Best Buy, Target etc in walking distance. The main bus line is the 102, which takes you downtown, but it only comes once every hour.
Nice Resident Location I have been living here for little over an year and the staff respond quickly to anything that's asked and are friendly.
Great Place! Nathen and Jamie were extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all the questions I had and a few that I didn’t know I had. The renovations are amazing!! I highly recommend for anyone in the market. They are putting in a lot of work to make the Monroe House better too.
