I just want to discuss what poor customer service this place has. Absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment pre-Covid to get a filling done. Obviously it was canceled given the current situation. I make an appointment for 10 AM today told the receptionist on the phone later in the day works for me she couldn’t accommodate that which was fine so I took a half a day at work today. I had LANAP done then Invisalign, 1 year later my before/after x-rays look like 2 different people! There’s no other doctor out there that’s more qualified than Dr Moussa! You won’t be referred to any other dentist from here because this man is literally certified to do everything!
Is a shark tank. They do not take dental insurance. I have Aetna dental insurance through my job and they were trying to convince me to apply for care credit. I have a very good dental insurance. I do not need a care credit to get a dental treatment.
