RecommendedI have severe Dentophobia caused by an inability to be numbed, due to Lupus,and by carelessness of prior dentists. It was a great relief to find a caring dentist who understood and who will let me sleep during procedures. I believe more of their staff could benefit from "Compassion Training". RecommendedRecently called to discuss a tooth issue and future appt. and they were able to put me on a call list which resulted in getting me in much sooner, due to a cancellation. AND, the tech (apologies if I have incorrect title!) did a phenomenal job! She caught every nuance of discomfort, was able to tell me exactly which tooth was causing discomfort and how to handle it until upcoming appointment for a permanent remedy! Extremely happy with the service I received at the Hudson office.
