Answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Cars were picked up and delivered as promised.
I am happy because they delivered my car intact. I was a little unhappy because they had given me a delivery date about a week after what was originally promised. When I called customer support, the agent was not helpful besides asking to contact their agent directly and arrange delivery. This was not something I expected.
