We have used your transport for service many times. Enjoy being able to book online.
...Had one issue, the trucker called the day prior to pickup only to inform me that they did not have the correct size skid. It took another two weeks before the pickup happened. Luckily, I planned well enough of ahead of time and the delay did not affect anything. Transport and delivery went extremely well with no further issues.
Asking questions from someone on your chat line was a "fail." He said hello and then I never heard back from him. I finally figured out the answer to my question, but it took more time than I anticipated.
Quick but not overbearing just efficient. Love the service so far.
