The process has been smooth. I told the driver I had a few items in the trunk-not breakable or expensive. He said immediately “I am not responsible for any items.” He didn’t even want to see what I had. Maybe that is normal, but I read your instructions and they said to tell the driver. I was also very surprised that he could not come down the residential street. That is something I wish I would have known in advance. Thank-You, I hope this helps. Kim
