Very simple and quick
I was not impressed with Montway's lack of control over the company that actually transported the vehicle. When I learned that the car was not going to be delivered in the time frame promised, because the driver was waiting to hear about another potential delivery in my State, I spoke to the driver who's comment was 'hey sh*t happens'. I called Montway and though polite about it, they indicated they were just a booking company and could not control how their sub contractor behaved.
