The only thing not done was the pick-up driver never called about picking up the car, which I was told would happen. Since I was already out of town it would have been nice to know the car was actually picked up.That driver didn't communicate at all with me. The driver contracted to drop off the car was excellent. He communicated, he asked questions, he explained the process and he was probably the best customer service I experienced in the whole move
