The Pickup was scheduled for the same day as I placed the call. Very impressed.There was an issue between dispatch and the driver where I was told by the Montway representative that pickup would be at 6 pm. When 7 pm rolled around, I called the driver and he said that he didn't know who i spoke with but pickup wouldn't be till at least 9 pm.
