Communication on when the vehicle was picked up was zero. I called a week later and was given the transportation companies phone number. I called them and they informed me that the vehicle was picked up and should be delivered the next day. I contacted the driver to confirm. The driver did call the next day and was actually able to deliver the car earlier then expected. It just would have been nice to know the car was picked up without having to call.
