First time user but booking on line was easy..
Edward was terrific at pickup. The delivery was not what we expected. It was a half hour late, which the driver communicated, but left us in a closed shopping center. He insisted on delivering the car in the dark, unsecured back of the center when security told him it would be okay to deliver to the lighted, empty front parkinglot. He just didn't seem to care. He attempted to have me inspect the car with his phone flashlight. Fortunately there was not damage from the trip...
