So far, my experience has been easy with great customer service.
Very quick service to get my car picked up, but the delivery driver was very rude. He parked down the street and wanted me to walk to him to get my car. I explained that I was elderly and unable to do so. My son called him and told him to bring it to me. He also called me about an hour before he was in my area and tried to extort more money from me stating the couple of pictures and blankets in my car weighed over 100 pounds. Very unprofessional.
