Booking was so easy but booked incorrectly in terms of payment. We missed the detail in the email but then had to scramble to make it all work. Man who handled our call when we found the problem was rude, unapologetic, and disinterested. By the time a 'manager' called we had fixed the problem ourselves. The driver also arrived a day early.
