Montway was pretty communicative at the beginning. When they pushed the order to a suubcontractor, that communication stopped. Multiple attempts to contact the driver, went unanswered. The Dispatcher was also not very timely in responding. The truck was two days late and after all, apparently there was a bottom out event which caused the muffler to leak exhaust. I got the company line " we are not responsible.....".
