The transition after the chat is not smooth and straight forward. For Example; I chose cash on delivery, I have provided the pick up address and delivered address. The the contract sheet has nothing on it
I would have preferred to have had the pick up and drop off at my house, but the rig was too big to fit on the streets. I drove to a truck stop in the rain for the drop off, but was able to just walk up the street for the pick up. The driver was excellent--he showed me how he takes pics on his phone. He was courteous and kept me informed.
