Communication for pick and delivery is terrible. Day late on both ends and no contact in advance that there was a delay. Even after I reached out several times, nothing was done about it. This would have easily been a five star rating if the communication was seriously improved. Booking is easy and the actual pick and delivery was well done and car is as I left it but man oh man not knowing when and if you will show up on either end isn't acceptable.
