Getting the price was ok, however getting info on when the car would be picked up as it was late was not very good. Agents had no idea and took forever. When driver contacted me I wanted to video my car coming off the truck but it was already off and I could not video. Overall I am satisfied but not feeling that the company could get more than 3 stars from me
