I was certain Montway had failed to give me the keys with my vehicle. Though my demeanor was gruff, and I was being quite unreasonable (in retrospect), Montway, and the trucker employed by Montway, remained professional and calm AND had videotaped the key hand-off (smart). Which made me think, hmm... maybe I'm the one who is mistaken. I checked my coat pockets and sure enough-there were the keys. Bottom line: Montway was fast, affordable, courteous, and smarter than me... that's why I hire professionals. Thanks Montway!
