Easy and simple
I was helped by Mason, who was very helpful and honest. However I am sad to say that some of the other chat salesmen were pretty greedy. I once chatted and asked to speak to Mason and the sales rep sent me over to him which is correct and the honest thing to do. However, other times I chatted in to speak with Mason I was not her was not available and the sales reps were very pushy and tried to take the sale. Not cool.
