Had a little frustration working with the chat specialist, but it has since been resolved. Looking forward to a smooth transaction. Car was picked up 2 days late by a different driver than was originally communicated, no communication was made by the company to let me know this. The new driver set a pickup time and date, then flaked until the next day. Once the car was picked up, transportation was 1200 miles. Took 2 days, which was great.
