I've used Montway a few times in the past. Never an issue was wasn't resolved quickly.
Website is easy and straightforward, but the actual logistics of getting the car picked up and dropped off involves many moving parts. Schedules are preliminary at best and subject to change without notice which can be frustrating. The good news is that from the time the car was picked up to when it was dropped off to me was less than 24-hours! Overall, not that bad an experience.
Lots of assurances. Let's see if they follow thru.
