Perhaps because this transport was international, the customer service was less informed than on a typical transport. They were not familiar with the documentation required and subsequently I had to call several times to enlighten them. As well, I received requests for additional information after the booking. Once the requisite paperwork was determined and received, the process was turnkey. Iam very pleased with the result as I picked up the car without incident.
